SCOPE UTILIZATION

We start by collaboratively scoping utilization for your campus

Since the vast majority of students do not utilize mental health services, we start with data.  You bring yours (if available), and we’ll bring ours from peer institutions using BetterMynd’s services.

On average, BetterMynd partner campuses see 1-3% utilization.  The Center for Collegiate Mental Health at Penn State sees an average utilization of 10.2%* for campus counseling centers.  (Proportion (%) of students who attended at least 1 counseling session.)

BUY BASED ON NEED

Purchase a bucket of sessions based on need (and budget)

We know that every campus will always have to balance student demand with resourcing.  With BetterMynd, a shared “bucket” of sessions gives you unmatched flexibility in providing equitable care.

BetterMynd offers unmatched flexibility in how services are delivered to your students.  You can have students register directly at www.bettermynd.com (open access model), or triage students through your campus counseling center (referral model).

It’s 100% up to you, and you can switch models at any time.

CAMPUS PROMOTION

We help you engage your campus stakeholders and promote services with a school-branded toolkit and BetterMynd-led awareness campaigns

To ensure students are aware of BetterMynd on your campus, our dedicated Campus Promotion Marketing team builds a promotional and communication toolkit that helps campus leaders get the word out, proactively address student questions and concerns, and ultimately ensure that every student is aware of this critical support service and how to access it.

Thanks to BetterMynd’s Admin Dashboard and real-time, fully transparent utilization data – there are never surprises.

Need more sessions?  No problem, you can purchase additional bundles at any time.  Is utilization lower than expected?  Rest assured: with BetterMynd’s roll-over provision any unused sessions roll-over to the following year and never expire.
